Dental caries can affect a child's quality of life and growth and development process, because it can cause pain, sleep disturbances, difficulty chewing food, weight loss and changes in behavior. It is known that the role of teachers at SDN Maradekaya 1 schools plays an important role in children's development at school. If teachers have information about the correct steps to maintain oral health, it will have a positive impact on children's dental health levels and eliminate children's oral dental pain. This outreach and training activity aims to increase the knowledge and contribution of teachers to forming their children's habits in maintaining healthy teeth and mouth. Counseling and training activities were carried out at SDN Maradekaya 1, for teachers and students. In connection with the implementation of this activity, teachers were asked to complete the pre- and post-test. Paired data T-test was carried out to test differences in mothers' knowledge levels before and after receiving counseling and training. Teachers' knowledge and expertise in maintaining children's dental and oral health increases. It has been proven that the outreach and training activities that have been carried out have increased mothers' knowledge in forming children's habits to maintain the cleanliness of their teeth and mouth through counseling about eliminating pain in the mouth of students at school.
