Tooth staining (stain) is a color that sticks to the surface of the teeth, usually this occurs due to the adhesion of food color, drink or nicotine content which is the substance that produces tooth stain. Stain can also cause brown to black teeth on the neck of the teeth. This Community Service aims to determine the level of community knowledge before and after being given counseling and questions and answers about the dangers of smoking on tooth decay (stain). The method used is counseling by demonstration. Results: after counseling there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge of the dangers of smoking on tooth decay (stain)
