The rate of dental caries in children in Makkasar City is still very high. One of the causes is a lack of caregiver knowledge and skills regarding dental and oral health. This Community Service Program is carried out at PAUD Joy Kids. The activities carried out are oral health education and training for mothers and teachers as caregivers for children at home and at school. The aim of this activity is to make mothers and teachers more empowered in assisting children to have healthy teeth. A total of 24 mothers and 4 teachers attended counseling with material on dental anatomy, tooth function, dental and oral diseases, as well as training on how to brush teeth. Based on the evaluation results from the questionnaire, all participants felt enthusiastic about participating in the activity. Participants also gain new knowledge regarding children's dental and oral health. With this activity, it is hoped that participants will be more empowered and able to utilize the educational facilities that have been provided.
